Waterproof Solar-Powered Illuminated House Number
I recently installed the Waterproof Solar House Number to solve the problem of my home being invisible to delivery drivers after dusk. I tested how it handles evening illumination and its ability to withstand outdoor elements over several days.
Performance & Build Quality
The unit features a robust ABS and PC casing that feels sturdy enough to handle various weather conditions thanks to its IP55 rating. The integrated 6-LED setup provides crisp, clear visibility that holds up well throughout the evening hours.
Day-to-Day Experience
Installation was remarkably straightforward since there is absolutely no wiring required, meaning I had it mounted on my gate in minutes using the included hardware. It automatically kicks on when the sun goes down, providing consistent illumination without any input required from me.
This is ideal for homeowners in dimly lit areas who want a low-maintenance, reliable way to make their house number easy to identify.
Final Thoughts
I am giving this product a well-deserved 5/5 rating for its reliability and ease of installation. For $39.90, it is a smart, no-fuss investment that works exactly as advertised.
